These boards are very
similar to the Salomon Buzz, however they were
marketed to younger and more extreme riders.
Propellers are fun but slow. They are wider then
most other Salomon models but are still too thin to
thin to go through powder. They are short and very
nimble. Half-pipe is the best place to feel their
full potential. You can get lots of air and the
landings in the half-pipe will not kill you. My
favorite part about any Salomon but especially the
Propeller, is the bindings. They can literally be
adjusted in seconds to any size. This gives the
rider many options. you can move the ski boot all
the way back so you can enjoy the most speed and
groomed runs. Or you can move the mounting position
all the way forward so it is in the near perfect
center of the Snowblade. That will give you better
balance for executing tricks. These are probably the
best pair of Skiboards to have if you only skiboard
a couple of times each year.
